Who processes your data
Flexuur is the controller for the data you leave on this platform. For questions or a request about your data, use the contact details on this site.
What we keep, and why
- Account — email address, name, language. Needed to sign you in and show the site in your language.
- Profile — phone number and your saved CV. Only if you add them; the CV is what one-tap apply sends.
- Applications — the CV you send, your message and the status. Visible to the employer of that listing, and to nobody else.
- Job alerts — the search you save, so we can email you when something matches.
- Saved jobs — your private shortlist. Not visible to employers.
- Reviews — your rating and comment about an employer. Public, but without your name.
- Subscription — your Stripe customer id and the subscription status. We never store card details.
- Employers — company name, KBO/BCE number, website and logo. Public on every listing.
Who sees your data
- An employer sees your profile and CV only while you have an open application with them. Withdrawing it ends that access.
- Reviews appear without your name.
- Other applicants, and visitors without an account, see none of your data.
Processors
- Supabase — database, accounts and CV storage, within the EU.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Resend — sending notifications and job alerts.
- PostHog — usage analytics.
How long
Your account and the data attached to it are kept for as long as the account exists. Deleting it removes your profile, applications, alerts, saved jobs and CVs with it. An application you withdraw disappears from the employer immediately.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to object to a processing. Access and erasure are self-service: from your account page you can download all your data in one file and permanently delete your account. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
